I'm Khilan Pindoria, founder of KPTechs.
I've always had a genuine interest in computers, particularly building PCs, understanding how their components work and carrying out repairs. What started as something I enjoyed doing in my own time gradually developed into an idea: why not turn that passion into a business and use what I've learned to help others?
That idea became KPTechs, established in June 2026. I set out to build a business that provides dependable computer services, from custom gaming PC builds and hardware upgrades to fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and repairs.
For me, good technical service is about more than simply fixing a problem. It's about taking the time to understand what a customer needs, identifying the cause of an issue and recommending a solution that is right for them.
I want customers to know exactly what they're getting, feel comfortable asking questions and have confidence in the work being carried out. That's why I place particular importance on honest advice, clear communication and quality workmanship.
My ambition is to develop KPTechs into a recognised and trusted IT business, building a strong reputation through the quality of our work and the relationships we establish with customers.
